My client, a leading online gaming operator based in Malta is recruiting for an experienced VIP Manager. You will have a proven background in developing the VIP strategy and effective gifting and events management for VIP players. You will have a one to one knowledge of your customer base and be responsible for building player profiles and behaviours. You will be working closely with the Head of VIP in ensuring that the VIP programme is running professionally and smoothly, and ensuring that the relationships are managed and communication lines are clear and professional.
Experience within a VIP department is essential
