We are offering an exciting position as based either in Malta or in the targeted country with frequent travelling. Scandinavia is one of the key markets and as a country manager you will be fully responsible for our business within your targeted country, including acquiring new customers, maximize value of existing customers by building loyalty of existing VIP customer and work together with central CRM to manage the overall life cycle of customers to maximize life time value. Your focus will be on our main products Casino, Poker and Sportsbetting.
You will be working with a full marketing mix such as larger TV campaigns, online campaigns, social media, PR, and events, putting your creativity to test.
You will report directly to the Business area Director

Key responsibilities:


• Own the growth and P/L as well as overall strategy for targeted country
• Acquire new customers by initiating and executing campaigns
• Identify possible partnerships with Affiliates or other Partnerships
• Responsible for Countries VIP customers, maximizing loyalty and value
• Maximize value of existing customers in conjunction with the CRM department
• Lead PR for company in targeted area
• Own the site– maximizing attractiveness by working with content on the site.
• Cooperate with other Country managers and common campaigns as well as exchange of best-practice
• Build on existing, or establish new contacts “on the ground” in country with sales partners, poker clubs, key media, journalists, regulating authorities and partners
• Working closely with central resources such as Central marketing and CRM, Affiliate sales and our in-house Creative department and Customer Support
• Monitor competition and development of political and legal situation in country

Required:

• An academic degree in business, marketing or equivalent from a top-tier university
• 5-7 years experience from B2C marketing and sales on- and offline
• You are an outgoing personality with excellent communicative skills with experience of managing staff
• Strong Experience of negotiations with targeted country media regarding media buying
• Extensive network with countries media and PR such as TV, Printed media, Online media
• You have experience from working within international companies
• Nothing-is-impossible-attitude
• Self starter and independent personality with ambition
• A genuine interest in sports
• Targeted Countries mother tongue (Scandinavian Language), fluent in English. Other languages a plus
