A team player, you will work with the marketing, product and territory teams to test and implement new marketing initiatives including conversion to and from the Poker platform. 

You will work with the CRM Analyst on key player modeling initiatives in addition to consistently reviewing and optimizing the player lifecycle process and highlight cross sell opportunities. You will work on growing player value and retention rates across the Poker and Skills customer base through analyzing and segmenting the customer base to refine existing and develop new ways of increasing customer loyalty and profitability. 
You will be responsible for the implementation of the CRM program focusing around relevant events and key triggers and utilizing all forms of messaging and communication. Also on identifying key opportunities to enhance the player experience and improve retention rates and profitability including cross sell opportunities.
