|Title||Poker CRM Executive|
Our client is searching for a Poker CRM Executive to implement and optimize the Poker CRM marketing initiatives for this leading online gaming company.
A team player, you will work with the marketing, product and territory teams to test and implement new marketing initiatives including conversion to and from the Poker platform.
You will work with the CRM Analyst on key player modeling initiatives in addition to consistently reviewing and optimizing the player lifecycle process and highlight cross sell opportunities. You will work on growing player value and retention rates across the Poker and Skills customer base through analyzing and segmenting the customer base to refine existing and develop new ways of increasing customer loyalty and profitability.
Required Skills and experience:
· Experience in email marketing tools and systems
· Poker CRM marketing experience
· Demonstrable customer-centric thinking
· Self motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
· Team player, able to work with multiple business units to achieve objectives
· Ability to create and implement processes
· Data driven online decision making
· Proven track record in campaign management
· Strong organizational and analytical and communication skills
