Job Information

Responsibilities:
·         Set professional standards and coach individuals on all aspects of affiliate system.

·         Increase affiliate revenues for the casino brand
·         Identify the key affiliates in and work closely with them to build relationships, generate further exposure and increase revenue.
·         Recruit new high value affiliates and grow the existing base.
·         Responsible for resourcing and providing ongoing leads for Media buying.
·         Review and re-structure where necessary existing deals to ensure they are efficiently structured and commercially viable.
·         Manage the acquisition of new affiliates through proactive ‘cold calling’ and networking
·         Work to ensure seamless approach and that agreed processes are supported and all products are addressed.
·         Promote cross selling with affiliates and maximize opportunities.
·         Responsible for international expansion of affiliate programme & acquisition
·         Work with territory affiliates to maximize existing relationships and add value to the current deals.
·         Ensure all deals are online with agreed structures and approved by General Manager
·         Customise and translate all communication tools for international affiliates, newsletters, banners etc.
·         Agree acquisition and performance targets.
·         Develop and agree promotions to acquire new affiliates and payment/commission structures online.
·         Plan affiliate events and meetings with the third party networks to strengthen relationships and grow existing business in addition to acquisition.
·         Ensure all data is correct and all tools in the creative’s section are up to date.
·         Manage the reports required to manage the affiliate business.
·         Publish weekly and monthly report to the business.
·         Help manage the payments of casino affiliates.
·         Work to ensure seamless approach and that agreed processes are supported and all products are addressed.

Experience/Qualifications:

·         Strong knowledge of Gaming (preferably Poker)
·         Experience of marketing and understanding of affiliate marketing
·         Excellent relationship/account skills
·         Strong negotiation and sales skills
·         Good online/digital understanding
·         Excellent written skills – ability to write and edit copy for customer marketing communications
·         Experience of managing budgets and developing business strategy.
·         Understanding and reporting KPI’s.
