Job Details:

• Translate documents and templates from English to Norwegian
• Respond to customer requests and enquiries in Norwegian via phone, e-mail and live chat
• Managing customer accounts (passwords, cash transfers, account privileges)
• Providing information on customer deposits and cash outs
• Informing customers about current and upcoming promotions
• Assisting customers with connection and technical issues
• Informing customers regarding games and game rules
• Responding to customers concerns about site integrity
• Promote products and services in such a way as to generate profitable turnover

• A proven ability in providing a high standard of customer service is essential
• A keen interest in one or more sports is an advantage.
  

Successful candidates will possess the following:

• Native Norwegian speaker with excellent written and spoken English
• Customer Service experience essential
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
