The Role:

Our client is a leading online gaming operator with a unique offering in the market place covering sportsbook, casino, poker, bingo and games. They are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Representative to handle specialist queries and provide first class customer care for their Swedish or German speaking customers. The successful candidate will speak both Swedish or German and English and have a good level of experience within the online gaming industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing player accounts (passwords, cash transfers, account privileges)
  • Handling customer requests via email or telephone
  • Assisting with Fraud and Collusion related issues
  • Providing information on player deposits and cash outs
  • Informing players about current promotions
  • Assisting players with connection issues
  • Informing players about games and game rules

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German.
  • Experience of a customer facing role
  • Strong knowledge of online gaming or other relevant gaming product
  • Team player and quick learner
